MASH / IAA Social Worker | North Wales | Up to £40 per Hour | Outside IR35 | Hybrid Working

Are you an experienced Social Worker passionate about safeguarding and early intervention? Leaders in Care are proud to be working with a progressive local authority in North Wales
, currently seeking an experienced MASH / IAA Social Worker to join their supportive and well-established Front Door service.

As part of the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) and Information, Advice & Assistance (IAA) team, you will play a vital role in ensuring children, young people, and families receive the right support at the right time.

Working alongside partner agencies including North Wales Police, Health, and Education, you'll contribute to timely safeguarding decisions and effective early intervention in line with the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014
.

Requirements
  • Qualified Social Worker (BA, MA, DipSW or equivalent).
  • Registered with, or eligible to register with, Social Care Wales.
  • Minimum 3 years' post-qualified experience within MASH, Duty, or Front Door Children's Services.
  • Strong knowledge of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014
    .
  • Excellent assessment, risk management, and multi-agency working skills.
