Cardiff is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join its Adults Learning Disabilities Team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a committed and skilled practitioner who has experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and delivering high-quality, person-centred social work interventions.

The successful candidate must have:

• Experience working with adults with Learning Disabilities Strong assessment and care management experience
• Knowledge of relevant legislation, safeguarding, and statutory responsibilities
• The ability to work collaboratively with service users, families, and multi-agency professionals
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills
• Relevant Social Work qualification and professional registration
