Assessment and Support Team in Conwy, UK

This locum position offers a competitive hourly salary of £38.43 and is ongoing, providing both full-time and part-time options. What you will do:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of children and families in need of support.
  • Develop and implement care plans that focus on strengthening family units and ensuring child safety.
  • Participate in and contribute to legal proceedings, providing expert testimony when required.
  • Collaborate closely with partner agencies to provide holistic support to children and families.
  • Document and report on cases accurately and timely using advanced technology and software.
Required skills and qualifications:
  • A qualified Social Work professional with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience.
  • Registered with Social Care Wales.
  • Proficient in technology and software relevant to social work.
