We are seeking an Accounting Supervisor to lead and develop a small team of accounting professionals while partnering closely with operations and finance leadership. This role offers excellent exposure to financial transformation initiatives, process improvement projects, and leadership opportunities in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

• Oversee key accounting functions, including A/R, A/P, month-end close, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Support inventory accounting, accruals, and financial reporting activities.
• Partner with leadership to improve processes, strengthen controls, and drive operational efficiencies.
• Assist with financial reporting, analysis, and month-end deliverables.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
• Research and resolve accounting issues while helping implement best practices across the organization.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including manufacturing accounting experience.
• Previous lead, supervisory, or team leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, month-end close, and internal controls.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

• CPA and/or MBA preferred.
• Experience with business process improvements, financial analysis, auditing, and budgeting.
• Public accounting a plus.
