Join a small, growing company in Conyers, GA that supplies and services rock drilling tools. This is an admin-focused role supporting the shop and parts team. It is not an accountant position.
Responsibilities- Create and place purchase orders
- Receipt parts orders into the system
- Voucher payables
- Checking in product or counting inventory
- Paying the bills
- Managing general ledger accounts
- Experience with purchasing, accounts payable, or similar admin work preferred
- Any accounting or purchasing software experience is a plus, and Intelli Dealer training is provided
- Accurate and detail oriented, able to match POs, receipts, and invoices
- Comfortable with computers and basic Excel
- Onsite only
- Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- Weekends off
- Leave by 4:00 PM on Fridays when possible
- Fully paid employee health and dental
- Holidays and 15 days PTO
- 401K with 4% match or IRA after 6 months
