• Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for materials, labor, and equipment based on client specifications
• Conduct meetings with sub-contractors to establish project timelines, permit requirements, and expectations
• Prepare project bid status reports to ensure compliance with specifications and contracts
• Provide management and support to sub-contractors to ensure projects are on track and timelines are met
• Identify challenges and client concerns, proposing effective solutions

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2-5 years of construction management experience
• Thorough knowledge of general construction practices and estimating
• Ability to manage multiple jobs across different construction phases in a fast-paced environment
• Valid Driver's License and ability to pass a drug test

• Strong computer skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new cloud-based software
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
