Lead Preschool Teacher room

We are seeking caring, dependable, and experienced Lead Preschool Teachers to lead classrooms of children ages 3-4 at childcare centers in Conyers and Decatur, Georgia.

The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood education and can create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom where preschoolers can learn, develop, and thrive.

• Lead and manage a classroom of 3- to 4-year-old children.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and learning activities.
• Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and positive classroom environment.
• Use positive classroom management techniques and establish consistent routines.
• Monitor children's progress and maintain classroom records as needed.
• Communicate professionally with parents, teachers, and center leadership.
• Follow center policies, health and safety procedures, and applicable Georgia childcare licensing requirements.

• CDA, TCC, Associate's Degree, or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Previous childcare or early childhood education experience preferred.
• Current CPR/First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Must successfully complete all required background checks.
• Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced childcare environment.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional.
