We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to lead complex civil engineering projects from concept through completion. This role involves direct client interaction, project management, and technical oversight while mentoring junior staff. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in site design, grading, road design, hydrology, and regulatory compliance, with proven leadership skills and a commitment to delivering high‑quality results.

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects.
• Oversee preparation of engineering drawings, reports, and specifications.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction.
• Perform complex engineering calculations and hydrology/hydraulics analysis.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and training to engineering staff.
• Coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and field services as needed.
• Support business development efforts, including proposal preparation and client presentations.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and project requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET/EAC‑accredited program (Master’s degree preferred).
• 12+ years of relevant civil engineering experience, depending on education.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the U.S. with active NCEES record.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D; familiarity with hydrology/hydraulics software.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage large, complex projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to travel and attend client or company meetings.
• Pre‑employment drug test, background check, and valid driver’s license required.
