Job Overview
Senior Network Technology Support – AT&T – Conyers, Georgia – Full‑time – 40 weekly hours.
What you’ll do- Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution – Diagnose network problems, provide Tier 2 support, coordinate root‑cause analysis, restore service, and solve incidents.
- Network Monitoring & Maintenance – Monitor performance, perform routine maintenance, optimize operations, and proactively maintain system configurations.
- Configuration & Deployment – Configure network devices, deploy solutions, manage configurations, and implement vendor fixes or design changes.
- Collaboration & Coordination – Work with teams, coordinate with vendors, support projects, collaborate with business partners in Dev Ops, and interact with customers.
- Documentation & Reporting – Maintain documentation, create technical and process documentation, review and interpret specifications, and generate reports.
- Required Experience: 3‑5 years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Science, Electrical Engineering, or Math; developer nanodegree; or equivalent experience. - Desired
Qualifications:
Advanced interdisciplinary knowledge, ability to resolve complex issues using broad concepts, leads moderate sized projects, operates autonomously with senior leadership interaction, leads triage, diagnosis, and remediation of network issues, collaborates with support teams and vendors, ensures configurations meet performance and reliability targets.
This position may be responsible for contributing to AT&T compliance with environmental laws and regulations. Work may involve fuel tanks, emergency and stand‑by generators, boiler, hazardous waste, hazardous materials, batteries, manholes, vaults, water wells, linear and other construction projects, water discharge, or air emissions.
Salary and Benefits- Salary range: $94,300 – $158,400 annually.
