Elevation Consulting Solution is seeking an in-person Estimating / Project Manager, also known as a Construction Estimator, Project Estimator, Engineering Project Manager, or Preconstruction Project Manager, to guide scopes, costs, schedules, and execution from early planning through completion. This is an excellent opportunity to earn $140,000 to $170,000 annually while joining a collaborative team that values practical solutions, ownership, and professional growth.

What You Will Do:

• Develop detailed project estimates, quantity take-offs, budgets, forecasts, and scope documentation that support confident business and project decisions.
• Manage project execution by coordinating schedules, resources, staffing needs, costs, deliverables, and project controls from kickoff through closeout.
• Review drawings, engineering designs, specifications, submittals, and contract requirements to identify risks, clarify scope, and resolve issues early.
• Write, review, and administer contracts and project documentation while helping maintain strong communication with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Use your engineering and problem-solving mindset to drive timely resolutions, support field or site needs, and keep projects moving toward successful outcomes.

What You Will Bring:

• You have proven experience in estimating, project management, construction management, engineering project delivery, or a closely related project-based environment with a focus in Water and Wastewater Treatment projects.
• You can interpret technical drawings, develop accurate take-offs, define project scope, and translate complex requirements into actionable plans.
• You bring strong contract writing, forecasting, budgeting, and project controls capabilities, with sound attention to detail and accountability.
• You communicate clearly and professionally, allowing you to build trust, coordinate competing priorities, and resolve issues with confidence.
• You hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline, or offer equivalent relevant experience.

Preferred Technical

Experience:

• Experience with engineering design disciplines such as mechanical, civil, electrical, structural, geotechnical, or power systems will strengthen your ability to evaluate project needs.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D, design documentation, submittal processes, reimbursement tracking, or similar project tools is valued.
• A valid ability to drive to project-related locations as needed will support effective in-person collaboration and project oversight.
