Imagine an ideal job that combines bowling, arcade games, amazing parties, and delicious food. As a Restaurant / Entertainment Manager, you will bring this vision to life for guests at our centers. Your role is hands‑on and active: you’ll coordinate multiple team members, problem‑solve in real time, and ensure a consistently exceptional guest experience. When the General Manager is absent, you will lead the center, manage everything from entertainment to Food & Beverage to property maintenance, and maintain an unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction.

• Champion guest service, consistently delivering exceptional service, soliciting feedback, and actively addressing and resolving guest complaints.
• Continuously improve operational execution; schedule staffing levels to meet the center’s needs and maximize the guest experience.
• Execute marketing strategies to drive sales (leagues, open play bowling, etc.) and capitalize on all business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers; uphold league formats and perform administrative duties related to leagues.
• Recruit, hire, train, and schedule a talented team of hourly center staff.
• Lead the team with effective motivation; leverage individual strengths to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize productivity.
• Oversee the Food & Beverage program; maintain high quality standards, provide ongoing training, and foster a thriving sales culture.
• Maintain flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and extended days as needed.

• 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to supervise center operations staff.
• Strong team player.
• Exceptional people developer.
• Customer service professional.
• Knowledge of POS register systems.

• Typical entertainment environment requiring walking, bending, standing for periods, and occasional lifting.
