Job Description:
This position provides hands-on and remote technical support to end users by troubleshooting hardware, software, network connectivity, mobile devices, field applications, and basic office and site infrastructure, while accurately documenting
incidents and resolutions within the ITSM system. Support user account and device administration, conduct assigned site visits, follow established IT standards, appropriately escape complex issues, and continuously build technical knowledge through collaboration with senior IT staff.
