Ferguson is a Fortune 500 distributor providing quality supplies to a variety of industries. The Credit Trainee program accelerates careers in credit through mentorship and on‑job learning.
ProgramThe 8–12 month Credit Trainee program includes work in the warehouse, sales counter, delivery shadowing, and customer meetings. Core competencies include systems and processes, emotional intelligence, sales process, collections management, credit management, customer relations, secondary security, UCC, and financial statement analysis.
Qualifications- 0–3 years work experience post bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Fast‑paced customer service orientation with desire to enter a credit development program.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; face‑to‑face, phone, and group presentation.
- High emotional intelligence and people skills.
- Willingness to learn and be part of a team.
Upon completion, the associate is positioned as an entry‑level Credit Manager, overseeing a portfolio of accounts with millions in receivables. The Credit Manager can progress to Area Credit Manager with increased A/R responsibilities and people management.
Location/RelocationInitial training in Conyers, GA. Must be open to relocation after training; relocation allowance provided.

Pay Range$22.60 – $33.89 (monthly salary). Role eligible for bonus or incentive plan.
