What We're Looking For

* High school diploma or GED (preferred)

* 1+ years of experience in product assembly

* Basic math and reading skills

* Solid verbal and written communication skills

* Ability to stand, walk, move, bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds

* Strong attention to detail, time management, and verbal and written communication skills

What You'll Do as an Assembler

* Ensure products are assembled according to rigid tolerance requirements

* Check the Customer Specification Sheet (CCS) to determine the required assembly, exterior finish requested, and other unique options

* Examine connections for correct fit, fastening parts, and sub-assemblies per customer order specifications

* Resolve assembly and packing issues

* Maintain a clean and safe working environment

* Determine operation sequences and methods when none are available

* Report all issues with products or machinery to supervisors

* Perform spot checks to ensure quality

* Run automated machinery to assemble conduit whips

* Meet daily production quotas

* Identify problems with machines and processes, reporting to maintenance for repair

* Insert fittings into the conduit, preloading the machine each production cycle

* Perform other tasks as assigned
