Seasonal Assembler

Location: Conyers, GA

Shift: 1st Shift: Monday – Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

Duration: Mid‑December – March

The General Assembler position will perform general labor as directed by the shift supervisor. You will assist in building, inspecting, and packaging products to ensure they meet company quality standards. You will communicate effectively with coworkers, monitor performance, and take corrective action when necessary.

• Assemble parts or products according to work instructions and specifications
• Inspect and test finished components for quality and accuracy
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic machinery safely and efficiently
• Package, label, and prepare products for shipment Skills / Qualifications
  • Manage one's own time and the time of others
  • Motivating, developing, and directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the job
  • Obtaining and ensuring the appropriate use of equipment, facilities and materials needed to do certain work
  • Previous assembly or manufacturing experience helpful, but not required – training provided
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Reliable attendance and positive attitude
  • Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed during peak season
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
