We are seeking skilled Industrial Mechanics to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical and electrical background and knowledge of industrial systems and machinery. This role requires hands-on experience with industrial machinery and the ability to read and interpret schematics. The Industrial Mechanic will assemble and build Haver equipment according to mechanical, pneumatic and schematic drawings and other various duties within the Assembly department to meet departmental goals.

• Build Haver equipment as specified in drawings and pneumatic diagrams, and install pneumatic and mechanical components.
• Test equipment, components and parts during and after assembly and correct errors and malfunctions if required
• Prepare components and equipment for dispatch and detach and label parts if necessary
• Ensure equipment is secured and packed for shipping
• Operate forklift and cranes as needed
• Provide technical support to other departments if required
• Troubleshoot various types of equipment and conduct service and installation visits at customer facilities if required
• Conduct technical training for new hires
• Other duties as required

• Technical degree (preferred), or equivalent working experience
• Recent graduation from technical school is preferred (Industrial systems technology, engineering technology)
• Experience with mechanical assembly of industrial equipment, pneumatic controls and assembly
• Outstanding technical understanding
• High level of detail and accuracy
• Ability to read and understand schematics and pneumatic drawings
• Basic knowledge of hand tools
• Proficient English communication skills, second language preferred (Spanish, German)
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills
• Proficient organizational skills
• Flexible and able to work on weekends and holidays if required
• Ability to work at heights and in extreme temperatures at times
