NICU RN Manager

We are seeking an experienced NICU RN Manager to lead our Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, a 20+ bed department staffed by a dedicated team of nurses and supported by outstanding neonatologists. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and respected hospital system in the Atlanta metro area. • Provide leadership and direction for daily operations of the NICU
• Collaborate with neonatologists, staff nurses, and hospital leadership to ensure exceptional patient care
• Recruit, mentor, and develop nursing staff while fostering a positive, collaborative environment
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and best practices
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and maintain high standards of care

• Minimum 3–5 years of NICU leadership experience (charge nurse, supervisor, or manager level)
• Strong clinical background in Level III or higher NICU
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills
• Competitive salary $100,000 – $150,000 annually based on experience
