Summit Spine and Joint Centers (SSJC) is on track to become the largest comprehensive spine and joint care provider in Georgia, offering clinical, surgical, and imaging services across 13 ASCs throughout the state. We are seeking self-motivated Registered Nurses who love transforming lives through exceptional patient care to join our team. Full-time positions are available at our clinics in Stockbridge, Decatur, and Conyers.

• Manage the care of assigned patients using knowledge, skills, judgment, and decision-making skills specific to the patient population.
• Deliver patient care utilizing standardized evidence-based guidelines and appropriate resources, including personnel, services, supplies, and equipment.
• Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior, administer medications, and document all encounters and progress notes.
• Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care.
• Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Develop care plans, provide emotional support, and advise patients and their families.

• Valid RN license in Georgia without limitations.
• BLS and ALS/ACLS certification.
• Familiarity with medical software and equipment.
• Ability to build rapport with patients.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
