We’re looking for experienced Float Pool RNs who enjoy variety, adaptability, and being part of a supportive nursing team. This role is perfect for nurses who like to stay on their toes and make a difference wherever they’re needed most.

As a Float Pool RN, you’ll have the opportunity to care for patients across multiple hospital settings, expanding your clinical knowledge while supporting a wide range of teams.

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients in various clinical settings
• Adapt quickly to new environments and collaborate with diverse care teams
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions with accuracy and attention to detail
• Support patients and families through education, recovery, and ongoing care

• Current RN license (Georgia or compact state)
• BLS required; ACLS preferred (or ability to obtain)
• Minimum 6 months of recent RN experience
• Strong communication skills, flexibility, and a team-oriented mindset
