• Lead your Long Horn Team by developing teams and inspiring a performance-driven culture
• Apply knowledge of systems, methods and processes that contribute to great execution
• Demonstrate a stable working history showing upward career progress
• Current, salaried management experience is preferred

• Weekly Pay, Balanced Schedules – One weekend off per month and a schedule that fits your life
• Vacation and Flex Time – 5 flexible days per year and additional vacation based on tenure
• Extra Time, Extra Pay – Additional pay when you work 6 days a week
