Seasonal Sales Associates are the face of Bath & Body Works, understanding customers’ needs and helping them find the best products. Our associates deliver exceptional and consistent customer experiences contributing to sales growth in-store and to a positive, high-energy environment.

• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in our values and product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with customers by uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations.
• Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on the sales floor and at check-out.
• Support product replenishment activities and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and attractive.
• Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed.
• All store positions require physical activity, including standing, walking, reaching, and lifting. Associates may climb ladders, lift, reach, bend, and kneel to obtain products and maintain display quality. Ability to lift 10 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and engagement by adhering to safety standards and expectations.
• Maintain our values, policies, and procedures.
