Join our team! The Honey Baked Ham Company, a family‑owned business with 425+ retail locations, is seeking a full‑time, benefits‑eligible Store Supervisor to oversee all aspects of store operations and deliver excellent customer service.

• Manage store operations as assigned by Manager and assume all operational control in the absence of Manager.
• Assist in hiring and training all associates and ensure position expectations are met; implement development plans for staff.
• Work and train all positions in both front and back of house.
• Perform various administrative functions such as banking and schedule meetings.
• Coach associates using established processes and tools, including huddles, observation checklists, and ham evaluations.
• Execute store opening/closing procedures and produce daily/weekly reports.
• Manage labor and adjust staffing based on business demands.
• Monitor production and sales efficiencies (wait times, yields, product quality).
• Ensure sanitation procedures are followed (hand dip, hair nets, gloves, aprons) and proper use of equipment; monitor stocking and clean‑up duties.
• Maintain FIFO rotation of all products in FOH and BOH, including unproduced and produced hams and turkeys.
• Handle complaints aiming for 100% customer satisfaction according to company policy.
• Participate in catering and gifting sales and fulfillment (B2B & catering).
• Lead merchandising transition from promotion to promotion and ensure proper holiday and non‑holiday set‑up.

High school diploma or equivalent. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook). 2 years of restaurant or service industry experience desirable, with prior supervisory experience recommended. Good understanding of a production facility’s operations (approximately 1–2 years of related work). Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to assist with catering orders/deliveries. Physical dexterity and mobility to perform the demands of the job, including lifting up to 65 lbs.

Physical dexterity and mobility are required: working with a hot torch, bending, stooping, standing for long periods, twisting, and lifting products and supplies, some up to 65 lbs.
