Job Description - Gift Shop Associate‑Full Time )

DescriptionPerforms duties in the gift shop to ensure efficient daily operations including guest relations, stocking, cashier, gift wrap and preparation of food items.
Reports to:
Vice President, Human Resources. FLSA:
Non‑exempt
- Checks gift shop stock and restocks when needed.
Appropriately charges for all items purchased in the gift shop. Collects appropriate funds.
Gift wraps purchased items when requested.
Delivers purchased items to patient rooms when requested.

Experience:
Employees shall endeavor to provide a superior patient experience.
Must be available to work Monday‑Friday 7:30‑5:30.
QualificationsMinimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
Required Skills: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
