Compensation
$50,000 - $120,000 yearly
Responsibilities
- Answer questions about new cars, used cars, vehicle performance, application processes and consult the sales manager as needed
- Greet and assist customers entering the showroom floor to present a professional environment that supports automotive sales
- Arrange test drives, demos, and other presentations to showcase vehicle features and impress potential buyers professionally
- Maintain an up-to-date customer database to drive current and future automotive sales
- Build rapport with potential customers by employing strong communication and interpersonal tactics throughout their vehicle selection
Qualifications
- Possess a high school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Exemplary interpersonal, negotiation, time management, and communication skills are essential for meeting customer needs
- Must have a valid state-issued driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Sales experience in a showroom or auto dealership setting preferred
