Territory Sales Professional – Entry Level

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking a motivated outside sales professional to develop a new book of business in an assigned territory. The role focuses on new client acquisition and retention through in‑person sales calls to small and medium‑sized businesses.

Core Responsibilities
  • Utilize the company Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate new clients within the territory.
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
  • Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs.
  • Attend scheduled calls and meetings with the sales manager and team.
  • Personally visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, follow up on referral leads, and re‑serve existing clients.
  • Build and nurture a personal client portfolio.
  • Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Plan and adhere to a weekly schedule, submitting it each week.
  • Record daily work stats and sales activity updates at the end of each workday.
Additional Qualifications
  • Pass a high‑level pre‑employment background check.
  • Active driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in the resident state (or willingness to obtain, with study course and licensing fee reimbursement).
  • Bachelor's degree or at least 4 years post‑high‑school work experience; candidates within 6 months of degree completion or with limited experience in sales or athletic background will be considered.
