Job Overview: As a BDC Agent at Dena Motors, you will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing customers. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and online chats, to generate leads and enhance customer satisfaction. Bilingual preferred (ENGLISH AND SPANISH).

    Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement:
    • Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest in our products and services.
    • Respond to customer inquiries through various communication channels, providing information and assistance.
    • Manage and respond to online leads, ensuring a prompt and professional approach.
  • Lead Generation:
    • Identify and qualify potential leads through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments and test drives for interested customers.
    • Utilize CRM systems to track and manage customer interactions and leads.
  • Data Management:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM (E-LEADS) system.
    • Compile and analyze data related to customer interactions, ensuring comprehensive reporting.
  • Customer Follow-up:
    • Implement follow-up processes to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.
    • Gather feedback from customers and communicate valuable insights to the management team.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and strategies.
    • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

    Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM (E-LEADS) systems and basic computer proficiency.
  • Excellent phone skills.
  • Enthusiastic and goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Bilingual preferred (ENGLISH AND SPANISH).
