Join the 1st Franklin team as a Loan Sales Representative.

Salary: $14.00 to $15.75 per hour

This position leverages interpersonal skills and business knowledge to meet the needs of our customers. It works closely with the Branch Manager and staff to build relationships and identify customer needs. The Loan Sales Representative is knowledgeable of product features and services to drive an exceptional customer experience. The LSR interviews customers utilizing professionalism, patience, curiosity, and a results‑oriented manner.

• Recommend products and services to support individual, branch sales goals, and customer expectations.
• Market branch products and services to customers and potential customers.
• Conduct assigned collection calls of customer accounts to arrange payment.
• Seek opportunities to originate new loans with new and existing customers.
• Develop knowledge of credit underwriting methods and sales tools.
• Ensure customer information is correct and documents interactions.
• Consistently meet or exceed branch and individual goals.
• Conduct dialogues with customers to identify and respond to needs in a timely and efficient manner.
• Build internal and external relationships.
• Ensure customer confidentiality and privileged information is maintained.

• Comply with all State and Federal regulations.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must work onsite at the branch office; remote work is not permitted.
• Ability to meet current licensing requirements of various States and Federal regulators.
• Demonstrate the ability to analyze relevant information and apply individual judgment.
• Advanced interpersonal relationship skills at a variety of levels and in differing social and business settings.
• Ability to maintain confidential business and personal information.
• Action and result focused.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite products.

• Possess a valid driver's license and the ability to operate an automobile.
