New Home Consultant – Lennar

Responsibilities- Engage and establish relationships with visitors to understand their home‑buying needs, utilizing the company's selling philosophy.
- Self‑generate sales leads through community engagement, realtor partnerships, and proactive prospecting.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of the competitive market, including products, community features, and demographics.
- Provide consistent follow‑through with customers from initial contact to post‑closing, maintaining accurate communication records.
- Participate in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing programs.
- Ensure the maintenance of Welcome Home Center models and inventory homes.
- Complete required training and participate in community events and phone banks.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree and real estate license preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in homebuilding or real estate sales preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to use sales tracking tools.
- Self‑motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Regular, in‑person attendance at company communities/job sites and offices during regular work hours is an essential function. This is a primarily active position involving office/phone work and walking in all weather conditions on uneven surfaces within community homesites. Must have a valid state driver’s license to take customers throughout the neighborhood, visit realtor offices, and attend meetings. Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard and telephone equipment, and the ability to lift and carry supplies up to 25 pounds.
