Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and outgoing Sales Representative to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be a charismatic individual with exceptional interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for building strong relationships with clients
. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and promoting our products/services to potential customers. This position requires a proactive and outgoing personality, as well as a genuine interest in understanding and fulfilling the needs of our clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Contact customers before and after service is performed to ensure satisfaction and develop additional prospects.
- Prospect and develop new sales leads in assigned verticals.
- Create, manage, and maintain key relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, and other key stakeholders.
- Build product knowledge and refine sales techniques tailored to specific relationship types and verticals.
- Prepare documents for job file reviews with current and prospective clients.
- Document and report on key referral-source relationships weekly and monthly.
- Participate in collections efforts with non-residential customers when necessary.
- Resolve issues with customers promptly and professionally.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in the Disaster Restoration field.
- 6-12 months of sales experience or prior sales training is highly desired but not required.
- Valid Driver's License and a satisfactory driving record.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and enthusiasm for sales.
- Ability to build rapport easily and establish trust for lasting customer relationships.
- Effective presentation skills for one-on-one and small group interactions.
- Basic math skills necessary for sales calculations.
- Willingness to travel locally and regionally for trade shows, training, networking, and post-catastrophe sales.
- Availability to work outside traditional hours for networking and representing the company at events.
- Proficiency in social media and web-based sales tools.

Compensation: $38,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
