Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Recruiting and enrolling students at the campus.
- Taking lead calls and tracking lead inquiries.
- Managing enrollment activities and paperwork, ensuring student files are properly completed.
- Tracking marketing and sales activities and producing reports as required.
- Representing the school at career fairs, job fairs, and similar events.
- Participating in student orientation and registration activities.
The company is looking for:
- Possession of the highest degree offered at the campus; an Associate degree is required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Highly motivated and solution-oriented individuals aligned with core values of integrity, commitment, student-focused outcomes, respect, and service excellence.
- Preferred experience in sales, marketing, and referral lead generation.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; public speaking experience is a plus.
- Outstanding customer service skills and a desire to help others succeed.
- Ability to set and achieve short- and long-term goals with measurable results.
