Job Purpose:

Full‑time, tenure‑track position beginning August 2026. Duties include teaching at undergraduate and/or MBA levels and conducting research that leads to high‑quality refereed publications. Service to the university, the business community, and the profession is expected.

Essential Functions
  • Provide quality teaching and mentoring (typically 9 hours per semester, 3 courses).
  • Instruction in classroom, online, and hybrid formats.
  • Produce research leading to high‑quality refereed publications.
  • Engage with the business community and serve the university and profession.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Ph.D. or DBA with a specialization in Marketing from an AACSB‑accredited college of business.
  • ABDs in advanced dissertation stages may also be considered; the degree must be conferred by 08/01/2026.
  • Demonstrated potential for excellent teaching, research, and service, with an interest in AI‑focused digital marketing and retailing.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Teaching experience, including online/hybrid modalities.
  • Professional experience or relevant certifications.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary commensurate with education and experience.
  • Full‑time, nine‑month, tenure‑track position beginning August 2026.
  • Benefits: one sick‑leave day per month, 13 university holidays, shared‑cost medical and life insurance, retirement/401(k) options, educational benefits, deferred income over 12 months.
