- Menu Knowledge: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of all menu items and maintain Prominence Hospitality’s standards for food preparation and presentation.
- Food Safety: Follow proper food safety guidelines, including the preparation and storage of food items.

Collaboration:
Attend mandatory meetings and hotel functions; coordinate with function group leaders to finalize service arrangements. - Positive Energy: Bring a fun, energetic spirit to the team as we work hard and have fun together!
- Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized kitchen at all times.
- Experience: Previous experience cooking in a high-volume hospitality capacity preferred.
- Availability 1pm-midnight, some shift would be closing line cook, some shifts would be prep / line cook with experience preferred
- Skills: Sound knowledge of food safety guidelines; excellent communication in English (bilingual a plus).
- Physical Abilities: Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
- Flexibility: Availability to work weekends and holidays to meet hotel demands.
- Attention to Detail: Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
- Personality: Fun, positive, and energetic with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
