Lead Maintenance Technician – New Southern Apartments

Perform all required maintenance in assembly department.

• Troubleshoot and repair assembly equipment and machines.
• Perform preventative maintenance on assembly equipment and machines.
• Fabricate, assemble, integrate and debug new assembly equipment.
• Communicate with Managers, Team Leads, Supervisors and Engineers on maintenance opportunities.
• Support assembly operations on a daily basis.
• Keep work area clean with expected housekeeping.
• Work unsupervised and handle multiple tasks.
• All other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in troubleshooting/repair of automated manufacturing equipment or a 2-year degree/diploma in industrial trades.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, A/C and D/C wiring and controls; PLC, function of computers, printers. Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics (both electrical and pneumatics); basic carpentry and plumbing skills.
• Knowledgeable in the use of machine tools (mills, lathes, etc.).
