Assembly Operator

Atmus/Cummins is hiring for assembly positions in a clean, climate-controlled facility.

• $16.00/hr base pay
• Time and a half ($24/hr) for all hours over 40
• Double pay ($32/hr) for Sunday shifts (requires perfect attendance for the week)
• Attendance bonus

• 8‑hour shifts: 7am‑3pm, 3pm‑11pm, or 11pm‑7am
• Please Note:
  
  This position requires flexibility. The client will assign your schedule based on production needs; you cannot choose your own shift.

• This is a high‑overtime position.
• The current schedule requires working 19 consecutive days followed by 2 days off.

• Lifting:
  Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
• PPE:
  You must provide your own steel‑toed shoes. Safety glasses will be provided by the client.

Salary: $15.99 - $16 per hour.

Education:

High School

• Operate and troubleshoot machines/processes required to manufacture
• Assist with set‑up and operate assigned machines in area to produce finished product
• Apply all safety, quality, ITAR, and other plant processes and procedures to the products
• Complete proper paperwork per station
• Keep work area safe and clean (5S – Sort, Straighten, Shine, Standardize, Sustain)
• Responsible for quality workmanship that meets and/or exceeds customer expectations
• Perform other duties as directed by the Team Leader and/or Manager

• Working in a smoke‑free environment
• Wearing steel‑toe shoes
• Standing for 8 hours at one time
• Working up to 16 hrs of overtime per week
• Working weekends
