• End Date:
  February 2, 2026
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: Night shift, 7:00 PM 7:00 AM (12‑hour shifts)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Scheduling:
  Flexible scheduling coordinated among assigned nurses (no on‑call required)
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1230 – $1320

• Active and unrestricted LPN or LVN license (Tennessee or compact state)
• Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience in a clinical or homecare setting
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
• Experience with ventilator care, tracheostomy, seizure management, G‑tube care, and paraplegic patients strongly preferred
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Ability to work independently and provide high‑quality patient care in a homecare environment

• Deliver direct, one‑on‑one nursing care for a patient with complex medical needs (brain injury, ventilator, tracheostomy, seizure disorder, G‑tube, paraplegia)
• Monitor and manage ventilator and tracheostomy care in the home setting
• Administer medications and perform G‑tube feedings as prescribed
• Monitor for and respond to seizures, ensuring patient safety
  
  Document patient care accurately and communicate effectively with the healthcare team
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and patient‑centered environment in the home
