- Respond to all leads and potential home buyers in a timely fashion to build a strong client base
- Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly
- Assist clients on closing days by being present during their final step of the home-buying process when needed
- Provide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes key selling points and the suggested asking price
- Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
- Source and network to cultivate potential clients and promote the business
- Responsive to client inquiries through phone, email, and online interactions to uphold a high standard of customer service
- Implement market analysis and collaborate with customers to decide the right list price, stage the property, and strategically market the home to ensure a swift sale
- Proactively reach out to prospects to generate new customers
- Promptly answer leads and requests to extend our customer base
- Manage the sales contract process and collaborate with buyers' agents to negotiate and finalize the purchase
- Answer customer calls, emails, and website inquiries
- Calculate market value through comparable market analysis
- At least one year of work experience in real estate sales
- Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
- Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
- Completes tasks quickly and efficiently
$75,000 - $112,000 per year
