Responsibilities
  • Respond to all leads and potential home buyers in a timely fashion to build a strong client base
  • Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly
  • Assist clients on closing days by being present during their final step of the home-buying process when needed
  • Provide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes key selling points and the suggested asking price
  • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
  • Source and network to cultivate potential clients and promote the business
  • Responsive to client inquiries through phone, email, and online interactions to uphold a high standard of customer service
  • Implement market analysis and collaborate with customers to decide the right list price, stage the property, and strategically market the home to ensure a swift sale
  • Proactively reach out to prospects to generate new customers
  • Promptly answer leads and requests to extend our customer base
  • Manage the sales contract process and collaborate with buyers' agents to negotiate and finalize the purchase
  • Answer customer calls, emails, and website inquiries
  • Calculate market value through comparable market analysis
Qualifications
  • At least one year of work experience in real estate sales
  • Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
  • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
  • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently
Compensation

$75,000 - $112,000 per year
