Mauricio's Italian Restaurant in Cookeville, TN is looking for one part-time line cook/ cook/ prep to join our 15-person strong team. We are located on 232 N. Peachtree Ave. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and hard-working.
Our shifts consist of Tuesday thru Friday 9:30am to 2pm and 3:30pm to 9:30pm. Saturdays are from 2pm to 10pm. This position is for approximately 20-35 hrs. per week. Average pay for this position is 22,000 to 25,000. Starting pay is 22,000.00 annually.
We have one position open.
Responsibilities- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Chop vegetables, prepare sauces and other food preparation.
- Serve Salad, Bread and Desserts
- Clean up station and take care of leftover food
- Clean and stock pans/dishes
- Cook appetizers
- Cooking experience or Back of the House experience preferred but not required
- Able to meet all scheduling commitments
- Able to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs
- Strong attention to detail
- Being prompt for scheduled shifts
