As a Retail Route Merchandiser, your mission is simple: fill up vending machines and micro-markets with mouthwatering food, irresistible snacks, and refreshing drinks. You’ll work independently throughout the day, servicing your assigned accounts, and we’ll provide a company box truck for deliveries.

Work Schedule

Typically, you will work from 5 am until the route is completed – Monday to Friday.

What You Will Be Up To

Loading up goodies like soft drinks, coffee, snacks, and fresh food for delivery to our customers; keeping micro‑markets and vending machines stocked and look their best; tallying cash and coins; maintaining perishable foods; executing plan‑o‑grams; performing minor service and adjustments; organizing inventory and transactions; promoting new products and displays; handling equipment repairs and replacements; maintaining your vehicle; and following safety guidelines and DOT regulations.

Who

We’re Looking For

Excellent communication, teamwork, and numeracy skills; problem‑solving ability; a valid driver’s license and ability to pass a DOT medical physical and drug screen; readiness to drive a commercial vehicle and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

General Requirements

• Lift and carry 50 lbs+ on a repetitive basis.
• At least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Consent to a pre‑employment background check and drug screen.
• Must obtain a DOT medical physical card.
• Follow workplace safety policies and guidelines.
• May be required to obtain a TWIC Card and Safety Council Program (Gulf Coast Locations).
