Local Cabinet Shop is looking for a responsible person to install custom and prefabricated cabinetry in homes, ensuring precise fitment and high-quality craftsmanship. This role requires strong carpentry skills, attention to detail, and the ability to read and interpret installation plans.

• Install kitchen, bathroom, and custom cabinetry in residential homes according to layout specifications and design plans.
• Measure, cut, and modify cabinets, fillers, moldings, and trim pieces to ensure accurate placement and seamless installation.
• Use hand and power tools such as drills, saws, levels, and routers to complete installation tasks safely and efficiently.
• Read and interpret blueprints, interior design drawings, and manufacturer instructions.
• Verify that installation areas are level, plumb, and structurally prepared before mounting cabinets.
• Adjust hinges, drawers, doors, and hardware to ensure proper alignment and smooth operation.
• Repair or replace damaged cabinets, doors, or hardware as needed.
• Collaborate with contractors, homeowners, designers, and team members to ensure project requirements and timelines are met.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and ensure all tasks follow safety standards.
• Load, unload, and transport cabinetry and materials to job sites as required.

• Strong carpentry skills and hands‑on experience with cabinet installation.
• Proficient with measuring tools, levels, and hand/power tools.
• Ability to read blueprints, layouts, and installation plans.
• Knowledge of residential construction and remodeling practices.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy cabinetry.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if required).
