Cookstown | £30,000-£32,000 | Permanent An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Credit Controller to join the finance team of a well-established and successful business based in Cookstown. The role Working closely with the wider finance and sales teams, you will take ownership of a busy customer ledger and help ensure the timely collection and accurate allocation of payments.

Key responsibilities will include:
Proactively managing outstanding debt and monitoring debtor balances Building strong relationships with customers to support effective collection Processing and allocating customer payments Sales invoicing and processing credit notes Issuing monthly customer statements Releasing customer orders Creating and maintaining customer accounts Resolving account and payment queries Liaising regularly with regional and area sales teams Supporting the finance department with additional duties when required What you'll need At least two years' experience within a busy accounts department Previous credit control experience is highly desirable Strong Excel and numerical skills Excellent written and verbal communication The ability to build effective internal and external relationships Strong attention to detail and organisational ability Confidence working under pressure and meeting deadlines What's on offer Salary of £30,000-£32,000 Permanent position with long-term job security Early every Friday Healthcare cover Free on-site parking Training and development opportunities Career progression Employee recognition and appreciation awards Working hours
