The Role We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented

Project Support Executive to support the Project Co-ordinator and wider project delivery team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organisation, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to learn. You will play a key role in ensuring project administration, scheduling, reporting, documentation, and logistics are delivered accurately and consistently.

Key Responsibilities Support project planning and delivery activities Assist with scheduling, updating trackers, and maintaining project documentation Prepare project reports, timelines, and customer documentation Provide communication and reporting support to the Project Co-ordinator Maintain compliance records, training documentation, and internal systems Support travel bookings, logistics, and global coordination Assist with purchase order (PO) tracking, expenditure logging, and financial documentation Manage PPE requirements for projects About You Essential Requirements: 12 years experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, One Drive) Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-moving environment Positive, proactive, and collaborative approach Comfortable working as part of a small, agile team Desirable:
Experience working within a global organisation and across time zones Experience in industrial, engineering, or project-based environments
