You work with the trainers and external clients to book venues, help with training materials, organise dates/times, invoicing and reporting. Essentially, you manage the client experience from start to finish. This position could be good for someone with a PA, EA, Senior Admin or Office Management background. What do you need? 3 years experience in a professional services environment covering administration and project coordination.
Dealing with external clients. Excellent organisational and attention to detail skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite in particular Excel.
