You'll be joining a successful and rapidly growing international consumer goods business with customers across the UK, Europe and Asia. About you
  • Degree educated in a relevant discipline
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a buying, product development or related commercial role
  • Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills
  • Experience forecasting stock requirements and managing inventory
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong planning and organisational abilities
  • Creative and innovative mindset with an eye for market trends
  • Ability to build effective relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
What you'll do
  • Manage product development activities across multiple product categories
  • Develop and implement product and range strategies aligned to customer and market requirements
  • Analyse sales performance and market trends to inform buying decisions
  • Forecast stock requirements and manage purchasing activities
  • Liaise with suppliers and manufacturing partners to manage product sourcing and delivery
  • Conduct competitor analysis, trend research and market reviews
  • Lead product meetings and gather feedback from key stakeholders
  • Support seasonal launches, promotions and merchandising activities
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams on product launches and trade events
  • Coordinate new product introductions, photography, website updates and launch schedules
