Due to continued growth, they are seeking a motivated Junior Site Manager to support project delivery across NI and ROI.

This Junior Site Manager role is ideal for someone progressing from a trades background who is ready to step into site leadership and develop their career within a supportive, quality-driven environment. The successful Junior Site Manager will gain exposure to varied projects while working alongside experienced construction professionals committed to excellence.

• Support the Site Manager with day-to-day site operations
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are completed to programme
• Maintain high standards of health & safety on site
• Monitor quality of workmanship and ensure compliance with specifications
• Assist with site documentation, reporting, and progress updates
• Communicate effectively with project teams, suppliers, and stakeholders

• Trades background with a strong understanding of construction processes
• Previous experience in a supervisory or junior management role is desirable
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Proactive approach with a willingness to learn and develop
• Flexibility to travel across NI and ROI as required
