Customer Service Operations Agent

Monday to Friday 10:30am to 18:30hrs with 1hour unpaid break Responsible for ensuring that the day to day Customer activities are completed. Ensuring that all internal and external visitors to the station are handled in the appropriate manner. Always operate in a customer focused manner, ensuring that the standards of the company are upheld. This role is diverse requiring a high level of attention to detail and exceptional problem- solving skills.

You must be an excellent communicator and team player with the ability to build up effective relationships in order to deliver great service quality and enhance their customer experience. You remain calm under pressure and go the extra mile to resolve any problems which may arise. Tick list Customer Services focused. Previous logistics experience preferred. Well organised and have attention to detail.

Self-motivated with a can do attitude. Able to function in a fast paced environment. Able to use own initiative and be a team player. Excellent communication skills (oral and written). IT literate. As per DfT & CAA legislation
