The Training Site Manager will be an integral member of the Learning and Development Support team. They will ensure effective training programs are delivered in a safe and well‑maintained environment. They will lead and oversee the training support team, ensuring the necessary resources are available to facilitate effective training sessions.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure training programs are delivered safely and effectively.
- Lead and oversee the training support team.
- Provide necessary support and resources to facilitate training sessions.
36¼ hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. A Flexible Working Hours Scheme is in operation.
CompensationSalary scale PO5. Salary range currently £49,282 – £52,413 per annum (Under Review).
