• Provide after‑sales support for all customers within the region, working independently or coordinating additional resources as required.
• Carry out planned and unplanned maintenance including PMI (preventative maintenance inspection) visits and customer breakdowns.
• Act as an ambassador for CDE by ‘Putting the Customer First’.
• Support the wider Custom Care team through site and customer visits where required and liaise with the Engineering team to develop the best technical solutions for our customers.
• Provide detailed customer‑focused reports from site visits back to the operations team to record progress and recommend future improvements.
• Travel extensively throughout the region; working outside normal hours may be necessary as and when required.

• Labour / Construction

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings/diagrams

• Health and Safety qualification
• Electrical qualification
• Experience in washing plant maintenance and repair
