We are hiring for our client, a leading mechanical engineering company with an excellent reputation for delivering large-scale commercial and industrial projects across the UK and Ireland. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Contracts Manager to join their Cookstown-based team.
This Senior Mechanical Contracts Manager role offers the opportunity to work across retail, education, healthcare, hotel, and infrastructure projects while supporting major main contractors on high-value developments. The successful Senior Mechanical Contracts Manager will play a key role in overseeing project delivery, client relationships, and commercial performance.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Manage cost estimation, budgeting, and commercial performance
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to meet project milestones

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Mechanical Engineering Degree or Time Served Plumber
- 5+ years’ experience within Mechanical / Plumbing / M&E projects

- Able to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
