Are you a CAD Detailer or similar looking to take the next step in your career and move into a broader technical role based around growth and progression with a clear three-year progression plan built around your salary, status and career goals?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing Cookstown technical team where you will be involved far beyond basic pricing. You will work closely with CAD Detailers, Project Engineers, Structural Engineers and Design teams, giving you a broader understanding of the full project journey from enquiry and technical review through to quotation, handover and delivery.

The team is being built around a small, self-sufficient structure, giving you genuine visibility, responsibility and access to senior decision-makers. You will also be given a clear three-year progression plan, mapping out where you are now, where you want to get to in terms of responsibility and earnings, and the milestones needed to achieve it.

• Produce take-offs, quotations and technical schedules from construction drawings and specifications
