Financial Controller

Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day financial operations and management accounts Report to the board on financial performance, trends, and areas of concern Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations, Pension Regulator requirements, and relevant financial legislation Liaise with the external accountancy firm on complex queries Maintain accurate financial records with a high level of attention to detail Identify and flag trends in financial data, providing meaningful insight to senior stakeholders Support financial planning and contribute to business decision-making About You Proven experience in a Financial Controller or senior finance role Strong working knowledge of HMRC compliance, pension regulations, and relevant financial legislation Exceptional attention to detail with a natural instinct to query and interrogate the numbers Someone who brings stability and consistency.
